Ordering Options
We NEVER sell or give your
information to any other business - it is kept confidential. Three methods of
ordering are available - online, fax, and mail:
1.
ONLINE
Most items can be ordered
online. These items will have an "Add To Cart" button next to them which will
add your item to a "shopping basket". Once you are done shopping,
proceed from the shopping cart or click on the "View Cart" button. Here you will fill out a form
with name, address, credit card info, etc. This is safely sent to us for quick
order processing. An order confirmation and shipping acknowledgement is e-mailed
to you.
Security is one of the most
significant concerns on the Internet. Sensitive payment
information, like credit card numbers, are encrypted both in transit and on the
Web server. We use standard SSL encryption for transmission, and a built-in
encryption engine to generate secure order logs.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted for online
purchases. We use address verification to help avoid fraud - be sure to list the
address where your credit card statement is mailed as the "bill to"
address.
2. FAX
We have a convenient Fax/Mail
Order form that can be printed, completed and faxed to us. Shipping
acknowledgement is e-mailed or faxed to you. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express are accepted with fax orders. We use address verification to
help avoid fraud - be sure to list the address where your credit card statement
is mailed as the "bill to" address.

3. MAIL
We have a convenient Fax/Mail
Order form that can be printed, completed and mailed to us. Shipping
acknowledgement is e-mailed or faxed to you. Personal checks and money orders
are accepted with this method.

SHIPPING METHODS
Orders are normally shipped the next business day after receipt.
Write for shipping upgrades (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.)
or for shipping costs outside the contiguous U.S. Orders shipped to AK or HI are
subject to additional shipping costs. If your e-mail address is provided,
shipping confirmation is sent to you.RETURNS
You may return most new,
unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Please keep in mind merchandise for
return must be in a resalable condition (i.e. current label, without price
sticker, without damage, within shelf life, non-rusted & clean cans, etc.)
We can only accept returned merchandise that another customer would be willing
to accept. All sales on clothing and certain safety equipment are final and
cannot be returned. If a return is due to circumstances beyond Universal
Shopping Center’s control, a 15%-25% service charge may be incurred.
WARRANTY
Universal Shopping Center
recognizes the manufacturer’s warranty as is in lieu of all other warranties
expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose, and any other representations or obligations, including
liability for indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. This
limitation of warranty and liability supersedes all prior representations or
warranties of any kind.
TYPOGRAPHICAL
ERRORS
In the event that a product is
mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Universal Shopping Center reserves the
right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. Universal Shopping Center reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such
orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, Universal Shopping Center shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Note: Credit card fraud is a felony and we will
aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We use
address verification and track every transaction. We will use all means
available to prosecute persons attempting fraud.
